On this page, you'll find detailed instructions to help you prepare for your treatment and take care of your new look afterwards, ensuring long-lasting beauty and satisfaction.

Eyelash Extensions Care Instructions
Pre-care:
Before your eyelash extension appointment, ensure your eyes and lashes are free from makeup and creams. Shower prior to your appointment, as the lashes should not be exposed to steam for at least 24 hours afterwards. Avoid consuming caffeine to help you relax during the procedure.
Post-care:
To maintain your eyelash extensions, avoid water, steam, saunas, and swimming for the first 24 hours. Refrain from using oil-based makeup removers and heavy eye creams. Clean your lashes with a lash cleanser and brush them daily to prevent tangling.
Treatment details:
Eyelash extensions typically last 2-4 weeks, depending on care. Fill appointments are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness.
Lash Lift & Tint Care Instructions
Pre-care:
Before your lash lift and tint appointment, remove all makeup and creams from your eyes and lashes. Shower prior to your appointment as the lashes should not be exposed to steam or water for at least 24 hours afterwards. Avoid using waterproof mascara 48 hours before your appointment.
After the procedure, avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hours, including steam and sweat. Refrain from using oil-based products on your lashes, and avoid rubbing your eyes. Use a gentle, oil-free cleanser around the eye area.
Lash lift and tint sessions last about 45-60 minutes. The results can last 6-8 weeks with proper care.
Ombre Powder Brows Care Instructions
Pre-care:
If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, have blemishes, sores, moles, or are prone to keloid scarring, this procedure is not suitable for you. To maintain your eyebrows' natural shape and colour, avoid waxing or tinting them before the procedure.
Two weeks before your appointment:
Avoid heavy sun exposure, solarium tanning, Botox, skin/blood thinners (e.g., Vitamin C, glycolic acids), facials, or exfoliating treatments.
48 hours before your appointment:
Avoid alcohol, fish oils, caffeine, aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin, and Advil. You will also need to send us a photo of your eyebrows so we can prepare for your treatment.
Post-care:
Follow pre- and post-care instructions carefully to achieve the best results. You will receive aftercare ointment and instructions on how to apply it. The scabs on your eyebrows will fall off in about 7-10 days, during which time you should avoid direct sunlight, heavy exercise, submerging your face in water, steam, saunas, makeup, skincare products, scrubbing, itching, and picking the scabs. Once fully healed in 6 weeks, book a touch-up appointment to fix any pigment fallout or colour alterations.
Treatment details:
The first visit takes approximately 2.25 hours, touch-up time varies, and the price ranges from $300 to $400 for the first visit.
Brow Lamination Care Instructions
Pre-care:
Before your brow lamination appointment, avoid waxing, tweezing, or tinting your brows for at least a week. Ensure your skin is clean and free of makeup, oils, and lotions around the brow area. Avoid using retinoids or other strong skincare products on your brows for 48 hours before the appointment.
Post-care:
After brow lamination, avoid getting your brows wet for 24 hours, including steam and sweat. Refrain from touching or rubbing your brows. Use a gentle, hydrating brow serum or conditioner to nourish your brows.
Treatment details:
Brow lamination sessions last about 45 minutes. With proper care, results can last 6-8 weeks.
Nails Extensions Care Instructions
Pre-care:
Before your nail appointment, remove any existing nail polish or gel. Moisturize your hands, feet, and cuticles the night before to keep them in good condition. Avoid using oil-based products on your nails on the day of the appointment. If you are getting a pedicure, avoid shaving your legs 24 hours before the appointment to reduce the risk of irritation. Wear open-toed shoes to your pedicure appointment to avoid smudging freshly painted nails.
Post-care:
To maintain your nail treatments, avoid using your nails as tools and wear gloves when doing household chores. Apply cuticle oil daily to keep your nails hydrated and robust, and use hand and foot cream to maintain skin moisture. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals. For gel and acrylic nails, schedule regular fill appointments every 2-3 weeks to maintain their appearance and strength. After a manicure or pedicure, keep your hands and feet dry for a few hours and wear appropriate footwear to prevent nail damage.

Pedicures Care Instructions
Pre-care:

Post-care:
Keep your feet dry for a few hours post-pedicure. Moisturize your feet daily and avoid tight shoes that can damage your nails.

Pedicure sessions last about 60 minutes. Results typically last 2-4 weeks, depending on care.
Microneedling Care Instructions
Pre-care:

Post-care:

Microneedling sessions last about 60 minutes. Results improve over several sessions, with a typical treatment plan involving 3-6 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
Dermaplaning Care Instructions
Pre-care:
Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 24 hours before your dermaplaning appointment. Do not use exfoliants, retinoids, or glycolic acids for 48 hours prior. Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotions, or creams.
Post-care:

Dermaplaning sessions last about 45-60 minutes. Results are immediate, and treatments can be repeated every 4-6 weeks.
Wrinkle Reduction (Botox) Care Instructions
Pre-care:
Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medications (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen) for 24 hours before your Botox appointment. Do not use blood-thinning supplements (e.g., fish oil, vitamin E) for one week prior. Ensure your skin is clean and free of makeup.
Post-care:
After Botox, avoid lying down or exercising for at least 4 hours. Do not rub or massage the treated area for 24 hours. Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours.

Injectable Fillers Care Instructions
Pre-care:
Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medications (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen) for 24 hours before your filler appointment. Do not use blood-thinning supplements (e.g., fish oil, vitamin E) for one week prior. Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup and lotions.
Post-care:
After fillers, avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24 hours. Refrain from intense exercise and alcohol for 24 hours. Apply ice to reduce swelling if necessary.

Filler sessions last about 30-45 minutes. Results are immediate and can last 6-18 months, depending on the filler type.
Teeth Whitening Care Instructions
Pre-care:
Brush and floss your teeth before your whitening appointment. Avoid consuming foods or drinks that can stain your teeth (e.g., coffee, tea, red wine) for 24 hours prior. Do not use any at-home whitening products for at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Post-care:
After teeth whitening, avoid staining foods and drinks for 24 hours. Brush your teeth gently and use a sensitive toothpaste if needed.

Teeth whitening sessions last about 60-90 minutes. Results can last several months with proper care.
Organic Spray Tans Care Instructions
Pre-care:
Exfoliate your skin thoroughly 24 hours before the appointment. Avoid applying lotions, oils, or deodorant on the day of the appointment. Wear loose, dark clothing and flip-flops to your appointment to avoid rubbing off the tan.
Post-care:
After your spray tan, avoid showering, sweating, or getting wet for at least 8 hours. Moisturize regularly to prolong the tan and avoid exfoliating.
Treatment details:
Spray tan sessions last about 20-30 minutes. The tan develops over 6-8 hours and can last up to a week with proper care.
Lip Blushing Care Instructions
Pre-care:
To ensure the best results from your lip-blushing procedure, please follow these guidelines:

If you're prone to cold sores, start taking your prescribed medication before the appointment, as the procedure may trigger an outbreak.

Diabetic clients must regulate their blood sugar levels with medication before the procedure.

We cannot proceed with the treatment if:

You are pregnant.

You have a skin condition near or on the lip area (psoriasis, eczema, acne).

You have a transmittable blood disease (Hepatitis, HIV/AIDS).

If you've been on Accutane, you must be off the medication for at least 6 months before your appointment.
Post-care:

You will be provided with an ointment—apply it every hour until the packet is finished.

Avoid applying lipstick or any other products to your lips for at least 3 weeks.

Do not pick at any scabs that may form.

Refrain from heavy sweating until the scabs have fallen off.

If you smoke, avoid smoking until your lips are fully healed.

For darker or thicker lips, additional sessions (2-3 or more) may be needed to achieve the desired results.
Treatment details:
Initial lip-blushing procedures are approximately 150 minutes. After the procedure, you may experience swelling, redness, or light bruising. You can use ice or a cold compress to reduce swelling. Keep your lips clean and avoid any unnecessary contact, as it may take up to four weeks to see the final results.
